Service Description

This Emotional release session is intended to be a safe space for individuals to talk/vent to therapist about any prevalent emotionally/mentally heavy energy that may be weighing them down from previous days/weeks etc that they have a hard time speaking to w/others about or having a hard time processing. As the therapist listens free of judgement & gives wise counsel & different techniques to help client release heavy emotional energies.

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive 5-10 early for scheduled appointment to start session promptly! Clients are given a 15min grace period to arrive to scheduled appointments. Anytime exceeding this, clients must be rescheduled. If you need to cancel for any reason you must do so within 24hrs of scheduled appointment. Any same day cancellations by client will be subjected to a $25 cancellation fee, that is due upon rescheduling new appointment.
